Ingredients
1 cup Nutella
1 eggs
10 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 Almond Roca chopped
Directions
Preheat the oven 350F.
Whisk the egg. Then add flour ,Nutella ,and vanilla extract. Mix together. Fold in some of the chopped almond Roca leaving some to sprinkle on top after the cupcakes are done baked.
Spoon into mini cupcake paper cups and bake for 30 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool for 10 minutes before frosting with nutella. Garnish the top of each cupcake with the remainder of the crushed Almond Roca. Enjoy
