CINNAMON SUGAR APPLE GALETTE TOPPED WITH SALTED CARAMEL

Ingredients *Makes two Apple Galettes*
3 apples, honey crisp or granny smith (peeled, cored, cut into slices)
2x Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Jar of Smucker’s Simple Delight Salted Caramel Topping
A splash of milk to brush over the pie crust

Instructions
Preheat oven to 360 degrees
In a bowl mix apples, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg ,brown sugar, sugar, and salt. Stir to mix all together.
Roll out your pie dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet and layer your apple mix in the center of the pie dough.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling mixture and pinch on a diagonal around the crust.
Brush the edges of the pie dough with milk and sprinkle with sugar and a dash of cinnamon sugar.
Place in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Once its golden brown, take it out the oven and drizzle with the salted caramel topping and Enjoy!!
