BAKED SALMON WITH ASPARAGUS AND GRAPE TOMATOES

Ingredients
2 6oz.Salmon fillets
10 large asparagus
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 cup Greek dressing
1/2 red onion slices
1/2 lemon cut in half

Directions
Heat oven to 360 F
In a bowl whisk balsamic vinaigrette, greek dressing and chopped garlic.
Place the asparagus,salmon, tomatoes, lemon, and red onion slices on a baking tray.
Pour the marinade all over and spread over the salmon and vegetables. Sprinkle the fresh parsley all over. Cover with foil and bake in the over for about 30 minutes.Enjoy
