Chicken Bacon Penne topped with Shaved Parmesan Cheese



1 Box Penne
6 slices Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
2 grilled chicken breast cut in strips (marinated in rosemary balsamic dressing)
2 tubs of (10 oz.) Philadelphia Italian Herb Cooking Creme
1 cup frozen peas


Cook the pasta according to the package as instructed.
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towel
Stir in garlic into drippings; saute and stir for about 2 mins on low heat . Add the cooking creme, heavy cream , peas , crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese. Simmer and stir for about 5 mins on low heat. Add the bacon and stir for a minute and finally the pasta; stir to coat until fully even. Top with grilled
chicken and more shaved parmesan cheese
