SWEET & SPICY SALMON WITH AVOCADO SALSA

Ingredients
2 lbs salmon skinned
2 avocados, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/2 lime squeezed
3 sweet peppers, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
For the salmon marinade
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 clove garlic minced
dash brown sugar

Directions
Salmon
In a bowl whisk all the salmon marinade ingredients together. Place the salmon fillets into a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over the fillets in the bag and close. Gently move the Ziploc bag around to let the fillets get all the marinade.
Heat oven to350° F. Place foil on a small sheet pan and spray with Pam or brush with melted butter.
Place the salmon fillets on the sheet pan, pour the marinade on top of the salmon fillets and bake until top is golden brown, and fillet is just cooked through about 25 minutes. Enjoy

Avocado Salsa
In a bowl combine the red onions, sweet peppers ,cilantro ,salt and lime juice. Then fold in the avocado lightly until all combined.Enjoy
