CINNAMON ROLL BREAKFAST BAKE

Ingredients
2 cans Pillsbury cinnamon rolls (12 oz.)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
Icing from the cinnamon rolls

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Separate cinnamon rolls dough. Set aside icing and cut each roll into 4 pieces and evenly add to a baking dish.
In a bowl, beat together egg, heavy cream, evaporated milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and maple syrup.
Pour the mix evenly over cinnamon roll pieces .Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the covers from the icing and microwave on medium for 10-15 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle over the Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bake. Enjoy

  1. My mouth is watering! I usually make the “Grands” cinnamon rolls for Easter morning, but I think these will knock the socks off my daughters when they come home from college for Easter! Are you still on Instagram? I didn’t see these??
