PUMPKIN PORRIDGE TOPPED W/MAPLE PECANS

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of oats
1/3 cup milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pecans (optional)
*Toss pecans in maple syrup*

Directions
Heat milk and evaporated milk in a saucepan. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk. Once slightly simmered add the oats. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Once almost done add the pumpkin puree, vanilla and almond extracts and stir until incorporated, simmer for about 3 more minutes and pour into a bowl.Add your maple pecans on top and Enjoy !
