l box angel hair pasta
1 lb medium shrimp, cooked
1 yellow and red bell pepper, sliced
1 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup mixed olives
8 ounces Asiago cheese cubed
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Whisk together the , garlic, lemon juice, and greek vinaigrette dressing in a small bowl
Mix the reserved pasta with the shrimp, tomatoes, parsley, bell pepper, olives, Asiago cheese, and then mix with the greek vinaigrette mix. Toss with tongs to coat the salad well.
